Chestnut Valley Golf Course is excited to welcome to the kitchen staff, Jerry Racine. Jerry joins us with 40 years of culinary and hospitality experience. For nearly the past 20 years, Jerry had been a part of the Management Team at the Little Harbor Club. Jerry fulfilled the role of Kitchen Manager while also working as a chef. Prior to the Little Harbor Club, Jerry worked as the Chef at Petoskey Bay View Country Club and previously owned and ran his own restaurant. Jerry is excited for this new venture and looks forward to adding his own personal touch to the menu. A staple of this menu will be Jerry’s Perch Fry, also known as “Deter’s Dad’s Perch.” Join us Friday nights for all-you-can-eat “Deter’s Dad’s Perch.” Chestnut Valley’s restaurant is open 7 days a week during the summer.
